Every project has its own rhythm. Timelines range from one week to eight weeks depending on the scope of your project and how quickly feedback flows between us. We’ll map your timeline together before we begin so you know exactly what to expect — and when to expect it.

Yes — and we want this to feel accessible, not out of reach. Payment plans and extended payment plans are available depending on the scope of your project. We’ll talk through what works for you at the proposal stage so that saying yes to your brand doesn’t feel like a stretch.

A deposit is required to secure your project date — this is what holds your spot in the studio and begins our creative journey together. The remaining balance is structured across your project timeline, with full details outlined in your contract. Nothing moves forward without a signed agreement in place, so you’ll always know exactly where you stand.

One — and this is intentional. Before a single design is created, we complete a deep strategy dive together. This work is what allows me to arrive at a direction I truly believe in, rather than offering you a menu of options that creates more confusion than clarity. Decision fatigue is real, and protecting you from it is part of how I do my best work for you. You’ll receive one considered, strategic concept — and from there, we refine it together until it feels exactly right.

Yes. Branding projects include two rounds of refinements. Web design projects include two to three rounds depending on the scope. Revisions are intentional — they’re not about starting over, but about softening and sharpening until the work feels fully aligned. Your contract will outline the full revision scope so there are no surprises along the way.

Mostly, your honesty. The deeper you go in your questionnaire and our strategy sessions, the more deeply aligned your brand will feel when it’s complete. Practically, you’ll need your deposit paid, your contract signed, and your project workbook completed before we begin. Everything else — the creative decisions, the direction, the design — that’s mine to carry.

That’s what the enquiry call is for. We’ll talk through where you are, where you want to be, and what your brand actually needs right now — without any pressure to decide before you’re ready. Sometimes the answer is obvious. Sometimes it takes a conversation to find it. Either way, you’ll leave with clarity.

Always. The studio works with clients all over the world — geography has never been a boundary for good creative work. Everything is managed remotely through your client portal, and we’ve found that distance rarely diminishes the intimacy of the process.
